Equal Opportunity Statement

Cash RE Buyers is committed to upholding the principles of the Federal Fair Housing Act and all applicable state and local fair housing laws. We do not discriminate in any aspect of real estate transactions on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, disability, or any other protected class.

Our Policy

Cash RE Buyers evaluates all properties and sellers on the basis of investment merit only — including property location, condition, market value, and purchase price. We make offers and conduct business without regard to the race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, familial status, or any other protected characteristic of the seller or any occupant of the property.

Federal Fair Housing Act

The Federal Fair Housing Act (42 U.S.C. §§ 3601–3619) prohibits discrimination in the sale, rental, and financing of housing. While Cash RE Buyers purchases properties for investment rather than brokering them, we are committed to full compliance with the spirit and letter of fair housing law in all of our business activities.

Maryland Fair Housing Law

In addition to federal protections, we comply with the Maryland Fair Housing Act, which provides additional protected classes including marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, and source of income. Our operations in Washington DC and Virginia are similarly subject to those jurisdictions' respective fair housing laws, all of which we are committed to following.
